Good

It was fine...Big beds and nice shower.

No windows in the room, super dirty gym. Basic breakfast. I guess good for PP hotels standards but really nothing special.

Good place to explore the city and for day trips in the area

The staff is very friendly and the food in the restaurant is indeed nice. If you are a first timer in the Philippines I highly recommend the dinner buffet with local specialties. I also booked a massage witch I really enjoyed. The stag is happy to help you organising day trips. Just ask them for help

Some edges of the room and in the hallways would need a little rework/love. But that’s just on the surface. All and all the place make a tidy and clean impression

Almost perfect but ....!!!

Room is huge and then room is pretty looks 5 star all are complete Amazing Sea view

I take care of my self not to eat or drink anywhere ,so i choose which place of restaurant to eat and make sure i buy distilled water ,due what I am hearing on blogs from from El Nido to PPs to not get sick So i did not eat any where or Drink ,i said i will have my Lunch and Bfst in the Hotel. But by night got sick need to go to Washroom consistently I dont know if the water i drink in the Service or the food ,good thing the medicine store is beside the hotel but still i was sick The room is almost perfect but the Bed is not comfortable can sleep my body pain coz its so hard

Comfortable stay

It’s clean , it’s location near all facilities the supermarket in just downstairs. The staff were helpful and kind. They agreed to keep some of our luggage in hotel during our trip to Elnido that was a great help for us.

We didn’t like the breakfast choices. But many people enjoy it.

I liked it. Recommend it.

Room view, size, bathroom and bathtub. All great. Breakfast is quite good and the staff is really helpful and friendly.

There was a smoke smell. We are not sure if it came through the aircon system, but windows closed and the smell of someone smoking was annoying and gave us a bit of headache.

i am not quite sure if this is true, but i think the room in which i was in, was a dedicated smoker‘s accommodation in the past. it had a really bad odor.

A very good option for staying in Puerto Princesa.

My wife and I stayed in the 'Deluxe Double Room'. Room - Clean and spacious with lots of natural light, a balcony and a good view across the bay. Staff - Polite, courteous and helpful. Services - We were able to order room service for dinner and were provided with a free airport transfer upon our departure.

Breakfast - Although there was a self-service buffet, it had limited options that lacked the quality expected of a hotel of this nature.

Clean hotel in central location. Large room with good ac and large shower and bath. Good selection at buffet breakfast. Very good fresh egg station. Helpful reception and free shuttle to airport.

Very convenient and close to airport for overnight stopover. Free transfers to airport. Staff friendly and helpful and booked onward travel for us. Large modern clean comfortable room.

Very basic buffet breakfast. Booked room for 2 adults and 1 child and breakfast only supplied for 2 adults and have to pay for child small amount
